Hi, my name is Jen. I'm a procrastinator.
No, really - I've been meaning to start a blog for over 2 years now, so I'm just going to jump in there and get started. (just consider this to be under construction for now)
I'm 35 years old and married to my high-school sweetheart (although he didn't go to my high-school...does that still count as a high-school sweetheart?) Anyways, we've got 2 great kids, and we're doing our best to raise them in this crazy world we live in. So far, I think they're turning out alright, but I may be biased ;)
I love reading, knitting, photography, gardening, budgeting and do-it-yourself projects. Ooh...and baking. Yum. I've also been striving towards living more simply and intentionally.
We have two cats, Sully and Cheeto. They are mostly lazy, yet can be very entertaining at times. We also have a small fish tank with a few fish and a crayfish.
